Cakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 75g flour
  • 300g whipping cream
  • 90g eggs
  • Butter, fresh milk
  • Sugar, salt, water
  • Ohla Topfill
  • Ohla Fruit Filling
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Mix the butter, water, fresh milk, and water together, then cook over medium heat until the butter melts. Remove from heat.
  • Sift the flour into the mixture and stir well. Continue cooking over low heat until a smooth dough forms, then gradually add the eggs, mixing thoroughly.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pipe the dough onto the tray.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C for about 15 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
  • Whip the whipping cream and mix it with Ohla Fruit Filling for added flavor. Fill the cream mixture into each layer of the pastries.
  • Decorate with Ohla Topfill and enjoy!
