Healthy Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 216g softened butter
  • 216g sugar
  • 270g eggs
  • 26g almond flour
  • 280g flour
  • 2.7g baking powder
  • Ohla Choppy
  • 114ml rum
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Mix Ohla Choppy with rum, then cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the almond flour, eggs, flour, and baking powder to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix well.
  • Incorporate various Ohla Choppy flavors into the batter, such as orange, mango, papaya, and dragon fruit.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the tray and spread it evenly.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C, then bake the tray for about 30-40 minutes. To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  • Once baked, let the cake cool in the tray for about 10 minutes, then remove it to cool completely. You can decorate the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar or additional Ohla Choppy on top before serving. Enjoy!
