Smile Cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 72g softened butter
  • 72g sugar
  • 90g eggs
  • 8.5g almond flour
  • 93g flour
  • 1g baking powder
  • Ohla Fruit Filling
  • Rum
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Use a mixer to cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Then, add the almond flour, eggs, flour, baking powder, Ohla Choppy, and rum to the mixture, combining everything thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and prepare to shape the cookies.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking. Bake the cookies at 170°C for 20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
  • Once baked, remove the cookies and top them with Ohla Fruit Filling for decoration and to enhance the fruit flavor. Enjoy!
