INGREDIENTS
- 72g softened butter
- 72g sugar
- 90g eggs
- 8.5g almond flour
- 93g flour
- 1g baking powder
- Ohla Choppy
- Ohla Fruit Filling
- Rum
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare a baking mold by greasing it with butter. Then, mix Ohla Choppy with rum and set aside.
- Use a mixer to cream the butter and sugar together. Add almond flour, eggs, flour, baking powder, and the pre-mixed Ohla Choppy with rum into the batter.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag and shape the dough into cookies.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, then bake the cookies at 170°C for 20 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.
- Once the cookies are done, top them with Ohla Fruit Filling and additional Choppy for decoration and extra flavor. Enjoy!
