Recently, at Ohla Sweet Class 2024, we treated our guests to one of our most sophisticated creations, blending Vietnamese fruit flavors into classic French pastries like croissants, cookies, and healthy treats.
The Vietnamese Map Biscuit was a standout at Ohla Sweet Class, representing the shape of Vietnam in vibrant colors. Using Ohla’s Topfill and Fruit Filling, we crafted this colorful tribute by incorporating signature fruits from regions across Vietnam: Mango (Tien Giang), Strawberry (Lam Dong), Pineapple (Kien Giang), Pink Guava (Can Tho), Passion Fruit (Dak Lak), and Orange (Vinh).
