Ohla Sweet Class brought an exciting new experience to customers and partners, featuring a vibrant “fruit train” symbolizing our Pride in Vietnamese Fruits at the Vietfood 2024 Exhibition.
After years of research and product development in the F&B sector, we proudly introduced our products to customers at this exclusive event. In addition to beverage-focused products like Canned Fruits, Fruit Smoothies, and Fruit Syrups, we also unveiled new stars in the baking category, including Choppy, Topfill, and Fruit Filling.
Ms. Luong Thanh Thuy – CEO of Luong Gia Company, shared, “Luong Gia continually innovates to deliver breakthrough products. We are not only enhancing traditional product lines but also pioneering exciting new combinations with unique flavors from fresh Vietnamese fruits. Guided by our philosophy of carefully selecting and utilizing premium-quality fruit from across Vietnam, we are committed to providing our customers with the very best.”
To offer visitors an authentic experience of our product quality and flavors, Luong Gia invited talented Pastry Chef Sébastien Voelker and professional bartender Nguyen Gia Huy, who showcased and served French pastries and “trendy” beverages crafted with Ohla products. A memorable highlight of the event was Chef Sébastien Voelker’s creation of a Vietnam Map Biscuit using Ohla fruit ingredients, expressing Ohla’s pride in Vietnamese fruit sources.
Mr. Le Van Hung – Distributor at Tuong Vy from Hue, commented, “Ohla products have a natural appeal. The Canned Fruits, in particular, are versatile, with a fresh fruit taste, crisp texture, and vibrant color, making them ideal for decorating and flavoring fruit-based beverages.”
Mr. Ta Thanh Van – Owner of Gau Map Milk Tea in Can Tho City, shared, “Ohla’s large, eye-catching booth featured a wide range of unique products. The beverages and demonstrations at the event were novel and will certainly be added to our drink menu.”
Vietfood 2024 and the Ohla Sweet Class event concluded with great success, welcoming hundreds of guests and partners from both Vietnam and abroad. We hope our presentation and the message of “Proudly Vietnamese Fruit” left a lasting impression on our guests and partners.
