INGREDIENTS
- 75g flour
- 300g whipping cream
- 90g eggs
- Butter, fresh milk
- Sugar, salt, water
- Ohla Topfill
- Ohla Fruit Filling
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the butter, water, fresh milk, and water together, then cook over medium heat until the butter melts. Remove from heat.
- Sift the flour into the mixture and stir well. Continue cooking over low heat until a smooth dough forms, then gradually add the eggs, mixing thoroughly.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pipe the dough onto the tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for about 15 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
- Whip the whipping cream and mix it with Ohla Fruit Filling for added flavor. Fill the cream mixture into each layer of the pastries.
- Decorate with Ohla Topfill and enjoy!
