Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 250g yogurt
  • Small biscuits
  • 250g whipping cream
  • 60g sugar
  • 2.5g gelatin
  • Ohla Topfill
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Blend the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth using a mixer.
  • Whip the whipping cream with sugar until fluffy, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Soak the gelatin in water until it softens, then melt it using a double boiler and mix it into the cream mixture.
  • Place the small biscuits at the bottom of a cake mold, pour the mixture into the mold, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Finally, top with Ohla Topfill for decoration and enjoy!
