Cheese Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 300g cream cheese
- 250g yogurt
- Small biscuits
- 250g whipping cream
- 60g sugar
- 2.5g gelatin
- Ohla Topfill
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth using a mixer.
- Whip the whipping cream with sugar until fluffy, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Soak the gelatin in water until it softens, then melt it using a double boiler and mix it into the cream mixture.
- Place the small biscuits at the bottom of a cake mold, pour the mixture into the mold, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Finally, top with Ohla Topfill for decoration and enjoy!
