INGREDIENTS
- 140g Unsalted butter
- 30g Egg
- 90g Powdered sugar
- 180g All-purpose flour
- 2ml Vanilla extract
- Ohla Topfill
- Ohla Fruit filling
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until completely smooth. Add the egg and continue to mix well. Then, add 2ml of vanilla extract to mask the egg's odor.
- Add 180g of all-purpose flour in two parts, sifting for a smoother texture. Add Ohla Choppy fruit filling and mix everything thoroughly.
- Place the mixed dough into a piping bag and prepare to shape the cookies. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then pipe out the cookie shapes.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before baking. Bake the cookies at 170°C for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
