Healthy Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 216g softened butter
- 216g sugar
- 270g eggs
- 26g almond flour
- 280g flour
- 2.7g baking powder
- Ohla Choppy
- 114ml rum
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix Ohla Choppy with rum, then cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the almond flour, eggs, flour, and baking powder to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix well.
- Incorporate various Ohla Choppy flavors into the batter, such as orange, mango, papaya, and dragon fruit.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the tray and spread it evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C, then bake the tray for about 30-40 minutes. To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Once baked, let the cake cool in the tray for about 10 minutes, then remove it to cool completely. You can decorate the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar or additional Ohla Choppy on top before serving. Enjoy!
