INGREDIENTS
  • 72g softened butter
  • 72g sugar
  • 90g eggs
  • 8.5g almond flour
  • 93g flour
  • 1g baking powder
  • Ohla Choppy
  • Ohla Fruit Filling
  • Rum
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Prepare a baking mold by greasing it with butter. Then, mix Ohla Choppy with rum and set aside.
  • Use a mixer to cream the butter and sugar together. Add almond flour, eggs, flour, baking powder, and the pre-mixed Ohla Choppy with rum into the batter.
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag and shape the dough into cookies.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, then bake the cookies at 170°C for 20 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.
  • Once the cookies are done, top them with Ohla Fruit Filling and additional Choppy for decoration and extra flavor. Enjoy!
